Inspection:
- Disassemble compressor and clean parts for inspection.
- Inspect and measure the cylinder bore, vertical height, and length for a comparison to factory specifications.
- Inspect and measure rotor body length, body diameter, slots, and shaft fits for a comparison to factory specifications.
- Inspect and measure head thickness and bearing fit for a comparison to factory specifications.
- Inspect all wear parts including blades, bearings, and seals to see if they need to be replaced.
- Quote customer for all suggested work outside the scope of typical rebuild.

Rebuild:
- Clean and hone cylinder bore, water jackets, inlet ports, outlet ports, and oil lines. Extra reconditioning as needed (rebore, Devcon water jackets, etc.).
- Clean and polish rotor slots, body, and shafts. Extra reconditioning as needed (metalize body or shaft and machine).
- Clean head face, bearing fits, water jackets, and oil lines. Extra reconditioning as needed (machine face and Devcon water jackets).
- Install all new wear parts including blades, bearings, seals, gaskets, locknuts, lockwashers, o-rings, and checkvalves, etc.
- Set the total rotor float, fixed end minimum, and bottom down cold as per factory specifications.
- Paint assembled compressor using durable multispec industrial paint.
